Went for the first time last night, July 24, 2026. The restaurant is simple but very comfortable. The food is incredible. I ordered the steakhouse tuna, with grilled Brussels sprouts and clam chowder. Fresh Brussels sprouts, not frozen!!!! My family ordered the perch with potato dumplings. What? Dumplings? Top notch and tastes just like my father-in-law used to make. Real german dumplings. While we waited, to-go dinners, I had my usual brandy old fashioned press with enough bitters to turn it brown. The bartender didn't even blink. As though she had been serving me for years, the cocktail came perfectly made. Extremely friendly atmosphere. I am so looking forward to going back. Thank you! Please try this place. Oshkosh. Who knew this gem of a restaurant existed a couple blocks away from my husband's family.
